I’ve had a great experience every time I go. The staff is very professional and skilled and friendly, prices are reasonable, and the facility and all the procedures are exceptionally clean.
The part I like most about this is how respectful the staff and owner are to Muslim women, particularly those who wear headcoverings. When they did their renovation a year or so ago, they built a very elegant second wall between the door/waiting area and the service area. I asked the staff why, and they said it was that they had so many Muslim women customers and they wanted to respect their privacy. So respectful!
The salon is women-only, the blinds are always drawn, and there are various full and half walls that keep you covered. I’ve never felt uncomfortable walking around in the salon between getting things done with my scarf tied loosely.
